Teen A is over at friends for the night and will probably need a ride home this morning. Only sign of life I could get from him this morning was from his Facebook status --> "Chelsea!" Guess the English Premier League games have started already. Forget calling on the phone - he doesn't answer phone calls. Texting seemed to also escape his attention. Everyone was commenting on his latest FB status, so I chimed in with "report to home base". That didn't work either.
Learning: old-fashioned consequences for not adhering to basic agreements for staying in touch. You're gonna get busted the old-fashioned way. I've tried to reach out to you on every new media option available. No more excuses pal!
