The downstairs laptop is overheating and it's gotta be switched off, boxed up and sent in for repairs. I feel like I don't have a functional kitchen sink anymore. I now have to "go to" the internet instead of it being integrated with my living/working space ... i.e., the kitchen at our house.
Now I'm reminded why so few of my friends are on the internet as frequently as I am. They probably have to "go to" it somewhere in a different room. It's not just part of the kitchen/living space where they hang out most of the time.
... I can see an iPhone in my future.
